Section13Check is run by CodeCasa Studios ("we"). This page explains what we collect and why.

Checking your notice

The answers you enter in the check are processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage, so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us unless you choose to get a pack.

When you get a pack

We store your email address, your answers, the generated pack and payment references (not card details) so we can deliver the pack, email you a copy and let you open it again. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. Emails are sent through Resend. Data is stored with Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting). If an AI writing service is used to word your letter, only your notice details are sent to it, without your name.

Lawful basis and retention

We process this data to perform our contract with you. We keep orders for up to 2 years for accounting and support, then delete them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@codecasastudios.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
